Justice Card Meaning

Justice Card Meaning

The Justice card in the Tarot represents logic, truthfulness, and justice. This card represents cold, impartial balance. It's also about practicing moderation in all aspects of life, as well as the reality of karma. There may be consequences if you do not maintain the scales balanced. This card's primary symbols are a judge-like figure, often blindfolded, seated or standing, holding scales in his left hand and an upraised sword in his right.

Upright Meaning

In a Tarot reading, the upright Justice card represents harmony, balance, fairness, righteousness, virtue, prestige, and advice. It can also indicate a period of adjustment as well as an opportunity to restore physical, emotional, social, and spiritual balance. It also implies it's time to stand strong and tall against whatever is attempting to throw you off balance.

Reverse Meaning

When the Justice card in a Tarot reading is reversed, it represents partiality,  unfairness, abuse, intolerance, and false charges . You may believe you are a victim. It's also a sign that justice must be served and balance must be restored. You must do everything possible to rectify a situation.

Love Meaning

In a Tarot love reading, the Justice card represents pure, honest love. If you're single, it could indicate that someone with a legal history is entering your life. If you're in a relationship, the Justice card will shed light on your and your partner's conduct. Are you both acting fairly and justly?
